AssemblyAI provides technical support to customers via email, live chat, or contact form.
Customers may start a support conversation by emailing support@assemblyai.com, or using the chat widget on AssemblyAI’s website www.assemblyai.com. Some select customers may also have a Slack Connect channel which is configured and monitored by the Support Team. All message services may be accessed 24/7.
When reporting problems or issues, please provide as much detail as possible, including the following information, as applicable:
- Email address associated with the account
- A detailed description of the problem or issue you are experiencing
- The error message you are receiving
- Transcript or session ids
